簡(jiǎn)要規則描述：為進(jìn)一步保障居委用房設施的完整性，消除老舊設施帶來(lái)的安全隱患，保障居委工作人員工作環(huán)境的安全性和舒適性，需對楊園一居等居委用房進(jìn)行維修。項目主要內容包括：千秋嘉苑的外墻修補及粉刷（含女兒墻拆除）、腳手架搭建及垃圾清運等；寶佳苑的樓頂防水維修、連廊排水溝更換、室內維修（含吊頂重做、地板維修等）、腳手架搭建、宣傳版面拆除重做、垃圾清運等；楊園四居的共享工作室維修（含地板及燈具更換、墻頂面鏟除粉刷等）、市民學(xué)校維修（含地磚及燈具更換、墻頂面鏟除粉刷等）、辦公室維修（含地板及燈具更換、墻頂面鏟除粉刷等）、宣傳版面拆除重做、垃圾清運等；楊園一居的室內維修（含墻頂面鏟除及粉刷等）、屋面維修（含屋面重做、天溝重做、雨棚頂更換等）、腳手架、宣傳版面拆除重做、垃圾清運等；先鋒居委的老年活動(dòng)室更換吊頂龍骨及礦棉板、辦公室計市民學(xué)校維修（含潔具及燈具更換、墻面鏟除粉刷、鋁合金窗戶(hù)維修等）、活動(dòng)腳手架及垃圾清運等；新高苑二居的室內維修（含吊頂重做、墻頂面鏟除粉刷、衛生間維修等）、屋面防水維修（含防水卷材更換、天溝維修等）、腳手架及垃圾清運等；以及其他零星維修等。（具體數量及要求詳見(jiàn)圖紙及工程量清單）

（4）建筑工程施工總承包三級及以上資質(zhì)；
（5）具有安全生產(chǎn)許可證（有效期內）；
（6）擬派項目負責人具有建筑工程專(zhuān)業(yè)二級及其以上注冊建造師執業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書(shū)，且未擔任其他在建的建設工程項目的項目負責人；
（7）業(yè)績(jì)要求：無(wú)；
（8）其他要求：無(wú)。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) It must be a legal person organization established in China according to law; (4) Grade III or above qualification for general contracting of construction projects; (5) Having a safety production license (within the validity period); (6) The person-in-charge of the proposed project has the qualification of registered construction engineer of Grade II or above in construction engineering, has a valid certificate of safety production assessment, and has not served as the person-in-charge of other construction projects under construction; (7) Performance requirements: None; (8) Other requirements: None.
