簡(jiǎn)要規則描述：本工程擬對南華城、文怡苑二期等16個(gè)垃圾廂房進(jìn)行升級改造工作，具體工作內容包括拆除并新建場(chǎng)地，新建給排水管，外墻涂料提升，新建不銹鋼存桶區等。（具體數量及要求詳見(jiàn)工程量清單及圖紙。）
Brief Specification Description: This project plans to upgrade and renovate 16 garbage rooms, including Nanhua City and Wenyi Garden Phase II. The specific work includes demolishing and building new sites, constructing new water supply and drainage pipes, upgrading exterior wall coatings, and building a stainless steel storage area. (c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3. It must be a legal entity or an unincorporated organization established within the territory of China in accordance with the law (this project does not accept branch companies participating in procurement activities in their own name); 4. Have a third level or higher qualification for general contracting of construction projects; 5. Possess a valid safety production license; 6. The proposed project leader shall have a registered construction engineer qualification of Level 2 or above in the field of construction engineering, a valid safety production assessment certificate, and shall not serve as the project leader of any other ongoing construction projects; 7.
